Where are your garments designed and manufactured?
Our garments are consciously designed right here in Aotearoa, New Zealand. We work closely with an amazing team of GOTS-certified manufacturers who are based overseas, primarily in China.
What does GOTS mean?
GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. It is a leading certification for organic textiles, ensuring that products meet high environmental and social criteria throughout the supply chain. GOTS is recognized worldwide as a standard for organic fabrics and textiles, and ensures that:
- Organic Material: At least 70% of the textile product is made from certified organic fibers (such as cotton, wool, or linen).
- Environmental Criteria: The production process must meet strict environmental standards, including the use of non-toxic dyes and processes that minimize environmental harm.
- Social Criteria: It also includes ethical labor practices, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and the protection of workers' rights.
- Chemical Restrictions: GOTS prohibits the use of harmful chemicals, such as pesticides and heavy metals, in both the farming and manufacturing stages.
How do I care for my garments?
To keep your garments in the best condition, we recommend washing them in cold water on a gentle cycle and hanging it to dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners to maintain the softness and quality of the fabric.
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 business days for a store credit or a refund. Just make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags attached. Please contact us at hello@lucianithelabel.com to initiate the return process.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping within New Zealand for all orders over $90 NZD. For orders under $90, a flat shipping fee of $6 applies.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery within New Zealand typically takes 1-5 working days, while delivery to Australia can take 3-7 working days. Please note that rural deliveries may take slightly longer.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, you can exchange your item! Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange. Keep in mind that return costs will be your responsibility, and we recommend using a track and trace courier for safe returns.
What should I do if my item is faulty?
If you receive a faulty garment, please reach out to us at hello@lucianithelabel.com. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it, whether that means a return, exchange, or refund.
