Where are your garments designed and manufactured?
Our organic garments are consciously designed right here in Aotearoa, New Zealand and sustainably sourced. We work closely with an amazing team of GOTS-certified manufacturers who are based overseas, primarily in China.
What does GOTS mean?
GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard, a leading certification for organic textiles that ensures products meet a high environmental and social criteria throughout the supply chain. Recognised worldwide as a standard for organic fabrics and textiles, GOTS certified manufacturing ensures:
- Organic Material, with at least 70% of the textile product made from certified organic fibres such as cotton, bamboo, wool, or linen.
- Environmental Criteria and elevated sustainability requirements throughout production, including the use of non-toxic dyes and processes that minimise environmental impacts.
- Ethical Labour Practices and social criteria ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and the protection of workers' rights.
- Chemical Restrictions, prohibiting the use of harmful chemicals, such as pesticides and heavy metals in both the farming and manufacturing stages.
How do I care for my garments?
We recommend washing your Luciani the Label pieces in cold water on a gentle cycle, then hanging them out to air dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners to best maintain the softness and quality of the fabric.
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 business days for a store credit or a refund. Just make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags attached. Please contact us at hello@lucianithelabel.com to initiate the return process.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping within New Zealand for all orders over $90 NZD. For orders under $90, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6 per order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery within New Zealand typically takes 1-5 working days, while delivery to Australia can take 3-7 working days. Please note that rural deliveries may take slightly longer.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, you can exchange your item! Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange. Keep in mind that return costs will be your responsibility, and we recommend using a track and trace courier for safe returns.
What should I do if my item is faulty?
